The role will include:
- Preparing & serving quality food.
- Managing complete food safety systems to the highest of standards.
- Managing agreed margins.
- Training and development of your team
- Management of HR function with your team
- Completing book work and managing the front of house team
Who you are:
- Experience within the food and beverage sector
- Strong Chef Manager background
- Ability to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
- Selfmotivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
- Motivated by a passion for quality and, service delivery
- Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
- Computer proficient
DBS will be required as part of this role.

What you'll be doing:
Chef Manager**
Up to £30,000 per Annum (DOE) - Monday - Friday Role
Free meal on shift.
