A specialist fine food wholesaler, that supplies much of London's fine dining restaurants and hotels, seeks a capable, confident, and resilient account and customer service executive to manage a busy and fast paced workload.


Working Hours:7:30am - 4:30pm


Place of work:
Billingsgate Market


Main Responsibilities:


  • Handson and practical B2B customer support to restaurants and hotel clients in Central London
  • Providing daily updates on stock shortages, delivery times, delays and collection times to clients
  • Logging all delivery details and customer enquiries on the inhouse database (needs to be computer literate)
  • Ad hoc customer support this is a very fastpaced role and you will be required to use your initiative and intuition to best serve your client
  • Previous experience in a B2B customer support role ideally within a wholesale or other fastpaced, demanding setting
  • Foodie strong interest in gastronomy and highend food service would be a good fit
  • Kitchen / restaurant background with strong customer support skills
  • Able to create reports relating to customer experience, order summaries etc.
  • Energetic and able to work on the job and pick up new tasks quickly
