Description

The Soft Drink Company is seeking a Customer Service Adviser, to be working with one of the most innovative and unrivalled providers of Soft Drinks, Confectionery, Crisps and Snacks.

We are a family business currently in an exciting time of growth and expansion and looking to bring some talented people into the business.

You will be joining a motivated, talented team of individuals.

We are looking for people who have excellent customer service skills using the telephone.

You will also have good experience of using computers, including Microsoft Office packages.

A great mind for organisation and an eye for detail is a must.

You will be contacting business customers to discuss their needs and orders. This will involve order sales inputting and follow up calls. There will be an element of inbound and outbound calls involved in this role.

You will be tasked with encouraging and maintaining sales, mainly by telephone.


Working as part of a small team in the hub, your role is pivotal in the daily transactions of the business.


Working hours will include 40 hours per week, Monday and Friday between 8:00am - 4:45pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Computer savvy with previous experience in a sales and customer service environment would be a distinct advantage.

Salary:
Up to £22,620.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
