The Role_


We are looking for a driven, committed and loyal individual who already has a proven and reputable background within Industrial Recruitment who wants to develop their career within a growing business.

we now have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our team.

This is a full 360-degree role which requires a talented individual to be responsible for the entire development and life cycle of their desk and recruitment process

Generating new prospect clients as well as nurturing and networking with long established contacts to gain a deep understanding of their short and long term seasonal and annual requirements

Attending regular new sales meetings and existing client operations service visits to ensure quality levels are kept consistently high.

Ability to understand Industry pay and charge rates, margin, gross and net profit.

Excellent knowledge of legal right to work registration processes.


Driving licence is essential for this role.

Benefits_

Basic Package & Benefits Salary from £25K to £30K depending on experience, plus monthly commission.

28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), additional holiday based on length of service. Birthday Off Other incentives and bonuses Pension Scheme Free parking after probationary period

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
