Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Working on client projects, managing the project plan, critical path, risks and issues.
- Managing a team to ensure accurate reporting of status against plan and resolution of any risks / issues identified.
- Ensuring workstream leads are collaborating effectively and interworkstream dependencies are reviewed on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that there is a business activity plan provided to the client team each week and that the business has visibility of progress against their deliverables.
- Providing programme management and senior stakeholders with a weekly status update
- Supporting the programme management team with project financials and commercial relationships.
- Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering HR or Finance transformation / change programmes.
- Experience of deploying enterprise solutions.
- Previous experience of managing the endtoend process of projects (not just the tech) from discovery of current functional and technology landscape, RFP through to implementation.
- Comfortable in the design of operating models, roles, responsibilities and processes.
- Used to and adept at engaging senior stakeholders.
- Hands on experience of leading a PM Team.
- Ability to bring the PM Team and Client on a journey.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required, UK mostly, occasionally Europe.
