Core responsibilities will typically include:


  • Working on client projects, managing the project plan, critical path, risks and issues.
  • Managing a team to ensure accurate reporting of status against plan and resolution of any risks / issues identified.
  • Ensuring workstream leads are collaborating effectively and interworkstream dependencies are reviewed on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring that there is a business activity plan provided to the client team each week and that the business has visibility of progress against their deliverables.
  • Providing programme management and senior stakeholders with a weekly status update
  • Supporting the programme management team with project financials and commercial relationships.
  • Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering HR or Finance transformation / change programmes.
  • Experience of deploying enterprise solutions.
  • Previous experience of managing the endtoend process of projects (not just the tech) from discovery of current functional and technology landscape, RFP through to implementation.
  • Comfortable in the design of operating models, roles, responsibilities and processes.
  • Used to and adept at engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience of leading a PM Team.
  • Ability to bring the PM Team and Client on a journey.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required, UK mostly, occasionally Europe.
