Key Accountabilities:


  • Ensure that contract management reporting is produced in a timely &
accurate manner to both internal & customer agreed formats and deadlines

  • Compilation of periodic budgets and forecasts involving working with
customer & operational teams

  • Active contribution to customer relationship through weekly and ad hoc
review meetings

  • Completion of month end close process including all task involved such as
review of general ledger, calculating and posting accruals and prepayments,
explanation of variances to both budget and weekly estimates and associated
invoicing

  • Supporting the operational team with financial analysis to improve
profitability of the site

  • Any other ad hoc tasks and project work relevant to the role as require.

Experience required for the role:


  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified (preferred)
  • Team management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced excel skills including the ability to use formulas to a good standard
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and works under own initiative
  • Logistics experience 3PL is desirable
The postion of Finance Manager is offered with a starting salary of £45K - £55K with great benefits. the postion would suit a qualifed or active studier.
