Thornbury Community Services (Part of Acacium Group)
Bristol (Highridge) Office (Hybrid Working)
Permanent, Full Time
£24,000 ( + annual bonus) rising to £25,000 after 6 months**
Shift pattern - Monday to Friday, a mix of Early (7am-3pm) and Later Shifts (11am -
7pm) on a weekly rolling rota
option of a 9 day working fortnight

You will act as an initial point of contact for customers and support with enquiries from clients, agency workers and the wider operationsof the business.
It is a really rewarding role where your actions can improve peoples lives every day.At Thornbury Community Services, high quality care is their number one priority. They offer the very best in complex care packages for patients in the community and at home.
They are able to do this by having dedicated care teams working 24/7 to ensure clientsand patients needs are met but also understood from a personal perspective.
Everyday you will
- Creating monthly rotas for home care patients, managing carers and Nurses to fill the rota with as much coverage as possible.
- Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and
- Liaise with external clients to enhance client relationship to support business growth, often establishing additional demand and promoting nurse availability.
