As the Vice Principal with the Academy's Senior Leadership Team, under the overall direction of the Principal to undertake a significant role in the leadership and management of the Academy.**:
To ensure the highest standards of pupil achievement and development in accordance with the Trust's mission 'Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day' and the curricular policies determined by the Trust Board and CEO

To deputise for the Principal at both short notice and over a longer term as necessary.

The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Rosedale Primary are looking to appoint an inspirational Vice Principal to lead Rosedale Primary to further success in the years ahead.

Rosedale Primary is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust which currently comprises of: 9 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, Willow Primary School.

An Outstanding Practitioner & Leader with a creative and energetic approach to Teaching & Learning
The ability to lead the wholeschool areas, creating a supportive ethos for staff and pupils to succeed
Clear knowledge and understanding of the new National Curriculum
High proficiency in assessments and effectiveness in subsequent analysis in order to improve pupil outcomes
A proven track record of accelerated pupil progress and raised standards
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience of working with children with a range of needs
Good understanding of the importance of transition into all phases
A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
A team player who contributes to wholeschool improvement
