Manchester / Hybrid / Remote

Network Marketing is helping one of the world's leading packaging design agencies recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Creative Account Manager to join their inclusive and vibrant team.

This full-time creative account management role comes with a salary of upto £35,000 and many compelling benefits including hybrid working.

As a Creative Account Manager, you will proactively manage global creative projects through the design process, delivering exceptional quality to the agreed budget and timeline, ensuring the creative vision is achieved from design through to the productionstage.

You will also help develop strategy, present design projects effectively and engage clients to sell the company's creativity and under-one-roof service model.

In your first few months in this Creative Account Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate and engage with internal partners across creative, production and finance to develop healthy partnerships and manage client expectations and project needs
  • Manage projects, monitor design time and deliver creative within the agreed SLA and cost
  • Oversee the photography process, clarifying all details/expectations to ensure client and design vision is achieved on set
  • Manage all stakeholder expectations with proactive, accurate and professional communication
  • Experience in a similar packaging design environment, whether client or agency side
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to communicate ideas and present across teams, clients and sites
  • Unswerving commitment to complete projects on time and to budget
