The role is permanent and can pay up to £65,000, depending on experience.
- A focus on business process improvement and demonstrating quantifiable value in optimising, modernising, and digitising how the business operates.
- Documenting current state (asis) and future state (tobe) processes in accordance with agreed process modelling standards. Appropriately challenging and influencing process steps where there are opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identifying project stakeholders and analyse their interest and influence to assist with appropriate engagement strategies, workshop planning and business impact assessments.
- Facilitating workshops (often remotely) using a variety of tools and techniques to elicit key information, ideas and resulting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Assessing and understanding the impact of the business change to ensure that appropriate change management activities are undertaken, including relevant training and communication materials.
- Managing documentation and outputs by ensuring that they is kept uptodate and stored in agreed central, accessible locations
- Identifying, manage and raise any risks or issues to successful delivery of the project in a timely manner via the agreed escalation channels.
- Providing business analysis support throughout the project life cycle eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements in an agreed format to meet the needs of the project and methodology, e.g. user stories.
- Working closely with programme and project managers to ensure that the scope, objectives and benefits of the project are clearly defined, documented and understood by all relevant stakeholders.
- Managing and maintain requirements and backlogs to ensure they remain up to date, appropriately prioritised and agreed with business and project stakeholders.
- Maintaining traceability of requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project from elicitation to successful implementation and delivery in accordance with agreed acceptance criteria and definition of done.
