Who will you work for?


Cooper Golding is a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Barnstaple, with emphasis on Manufacturing, Production and Engineering roles and all horizontal vacancies within these industries.

This includes Accounts and Finance, Sales and Marketing and Business Support vacancies. We are a permanent solution provider to many companies across both North Devon and the South West and looking to expand


We are currently looking to appoint a Trainee Industrial Recruitment Consultant with the drive and self-motivation required in this fast paced role.
What will you do?

  • Work and relationship build with existing and prospective customers and develop a solid understanding of their business and recruitment needs.
  • Provide first class customer service to our clients
