Duties
- Establishing all customer needs through effective customer engagement and quality conversations.
- Communicating all available plans and payment options by following a sales process/script
- Maintaining a positive mindset throughout all customer enquiries/leads
- Ensuing compliance is followed in all recorded calls.
- Following all support, guidance, and office rules
Leads
- Prioritise "FRESH" Google/Social Leads
- Contact 03's individual leads three times a day.
- Organize Call Backs effectively & Daily.
- Work through pots in chronological order
- Be available to take receipt of any inbound enquiries from all departments.
Minimum Expectations
- 200+ DIALs, 3hrs on the PHONE each day/everyday
- 23 Deals a day.
- Correct Quoting process followed.
CRM Rules
- 03 are yours for 3 days then open into the 47's and so on
- Full access on 47's and beyond
- Leads will be assigned automatically but then reassigned to another if not dialled within 10 min window. Another lead would then be assigned to you
- Inbounds placed in Lunar and remain yours if quoted/tasked callback.
- Other agent tasked Call backs cannot be sold.
- Quotes/tasks 1 hour Window then open to all
