North Cambridgeshire - Assembly Technician - £20k-£25k - Engineering


My client are an innovative company that specialise in the design and manufacture of automation equipment, and are looking to recruit an Assembly Technician.

You will report to the Production Manager and help with the careful assembly of company products.


Main Duties:


  • Preparing instrument panels with displays
  • Cutting and crimping wires to make a loom
  • Working with electronics connections
  • Soldering wires onto terminals
  • Mechanical assembly of metal parts

Key Requirements:


  • Assembly skills
  • Soldering skills
  • Vaccinated against Covid-19

Salary/Location:


  • The salary is circa £20k-£25k for this permanent role depending on experience
  • This role is based 5-days per week in St. Ives, from 9am-5pm
