Our client who are based in York are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them ASAP on a temporary basis to assist during a busy period.


The role has arisen to support the team during a busy period but there is a strong possibility that the position will go permanent at the end of the assignment.


To be considered for the role, you must be available at short notice and whilst all-round transactional finance experience would be ideal, they will consider people who have worked within purchase ledger or credit control who are willing to learn.


Duties:


  • Processing sales orders
  • Managing the billing process
  • Processing purchase ledger orders and transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • General finance administration
