Permanent, Full Time

Salary:
£29,224.83

Hours:
Monday - Friday working 8am - 5pm

Stratford, E15 2JZ

We're recruiting for an experienced Caretaker to join our Facilities Management team based at the brand new East Marshgate UCL Campus in Stratford.

Experience completing building maintenance
A ' make it happen' positive, energetic and proactive attitude
Relish the opportunity to work in a academic environment and deal with the issues that brings
Health and Safety awareness & knowledge of COSHH
IT literacy skills and the ability to use mobile/handheld device

You will be responsible for:

Maintaining campus safety and security precautions at all times
General building maintenance duties (eg) building fabric repairs, plumbing repairs, door maintenance and painting
Regular site walks, risk assessments and HSE audits
General cleaning internal and external areas as required
Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries as required
Management Supply partners as required
Undertaking PPM's as directed by your supervisor
