Integrated Case Management are seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to join our case management company based in Ferndown, Dorset.
At Integrated Case Management we support people with their rehabilitation and care following catastrophic life changing injuries. Our case managers are based nationally with our head office of a small team based in Ferndown.This is a full time (Monday - Friday) permanent position.
Salary - £24, ,000 pa
The role involves:
- Raising and processing all sales ledger invoices.
- Credit Control.
- Dealing with payments of all bills, credit cards payments, and oneoff purchases.
- Responsibility for the office petty cash and reconciliation.
- Updating cash book for ICM company accounts and client accounts
- Managing client accounts
- Supporting the pay role process
- Provide admin support to case managers as required.
- Provide admin support to management team as required.
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries
You will need to have:
- Ability to work within a team, making a positive contribution.
- Flexibility to be able to switch between the various aspects of the role.
- Ability to organise and be able to deal with changes to normal routine to deal with unplanned issues.
- Attention to detail and desire to be accurate.
- Ablility to use at a basic plus level Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Experience in a finance and accounts department, desirable would be full or part AAT qualification.
