A permanent Accounts Payable Clerk job opportunity based in Windsor


Client Details
A leading international retail business with a UK Head office based in Windsor


Description
The Accounts Payable clerk reports to the Financial Supervisor within a busy fiance team.


Key responsibilities include:
Supplier statement reconciliations for all UK entities

Accurate posting of supplier invoices

Working with suppliers and internal sales teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies, ensuring that systems are reconciled and report accurately

Respond to invoice queries within a timely fashion

Prepare weekly payment runs for review

Ensure customer master Data information is up to date to ensure accurate billing

Assist with multi currency bank reconciliations


Profile
Excellent communication skills

Background in finance

Intermediate level of Excel

High level attention to detail

Able to work to deadlines
