**User Research Designer
£520 per day (Inside IR35)
Remote**Xpertise are urgently looking for a User Research Designer for an immediate start on a long-term contract.

Good understanding of User Research practices/techniques.
Able to develop a good understanding of the users to set up help inform early decisions
Ensure they are designing what people need based on real user feedback, not just designers and client assumptions
Able to save time on development, as time and resources are focused on building the right services and products
Ensure products and services are inclusive and accessible to all type of users, regardless their age, race, location or needs
Help team to scope out projects and plan the roadmap
Promote collaboration by involving both design and development teams as well as stakeholders

Role is inside IR35 with remote working - excellent rates on offer
