We are currently looking to grow our Buying team by adding another member to it.

As a Buyer you are a key member of our experience team, your daily tasks directly impact our end product; a customers beautiful home As a Pathfinder Homes Buyer every day is different, with a set schedule of works but with a varying range of detail.

You will join a team of customer orientated individuals and contribute by working alongside them.

Your attention to detail will be exceptional and your ability to communicate internally and externally forms the foundation to your success.

With the main focus of your role to source the best products, relevant to the specification of our customers and buy at reasonable prices, to arrive on time.

All whilst building relationships with our suppliers, sustaining long standing relationships with our customers and working in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Placing orders for all materials on our ordering & Accounting system Sage.

Ordering and allocating stock items.

Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales.

Processing requisitions and updating Production on the status of orders Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Communicating with internal Stakeholders on any discontinued/unavailable items.

Coordinating with inventory team, management, and stockroom.

Escalating any issues, discrepancies, defects to suppliers and/or management.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
