Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is a purpose built, state-of-the-art film and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK.

This 200 acre secure site has a quarter of a million square feet of stage space, back-lot tank, one of the largest heated underwater filming tanks in Europe and an 100 acre back-lot.

WBSL has a collection of thirteen sound stages, some of which are the largest in the UK.

The site also has its own, on-site Production Rentals division, which provides the industry with state-of-the-art lighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots.

WB De Lane Lea based in Soho, London, provides state of the art facilities in audio post production for feature films and television.

Located at the Studios where all eight films were produced.


Primary Purpose
To provide administrative support to the Rigging Department, working alongside the manager and current assistant to support all requirements.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Purchase Orders: Managing all aspects of the PO lifecycle including raising and tracking POs and maintaining the spreadsheets, goods receipting, collating paperwork and handling queries
  • Assisting the team with purchases for the office
  • Filling and organising paperwork
  • Covering the phone and taking messages
  • Taking orders for rigging equipment from customers and preparing delivery notes
  • Creating quotes for customers
  • Logging equipment in and out on our computer system
  • Data entry
  • Ad hoc support to the team as required

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Computer literate with strong MS office skills
  • Familiarity with SAP systems favorable
  • Understanding of the administration of Purchase Orders favorable
  • Ability to cope under pressure from clients and colleagues, responding quickly and appropriately to requests, using own initiative and be prepared to ask for help and advice when necessary

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
