Altum Consulting are currently recruiting a Group FP&A Manager to join an internationally renowned sporting organisation on a 6 month contract, with the possibility of going permanent.

Overview:

This role focuses on driving constant improvement across the property cost bases, occupancy, fixed and variable costs associated with the wide reaching entities of the business.
Owning the P&L across all entities and aligning proposed improvements and changes with existing strategy and operational performance.
Line management of up to 5 people.
Providing links with other core areas of the business in relation to project delivery/management.
Provide analysis to nonfinance teams enabling greater visibility on performance
Act as a senior business partner to all senior stakeholders including the Board and C-Suite.
Provide monthly updates in Management Team Board meetings
Take a hands on approach to Group Finance coordinating the group budget process, cashflow forecasting and leading the group process on a day to day basis.

Key Requirements:

Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), preferably with Group Finance Management or Audit experience
Have at least 5 years PQE in an international consumer or retail business
Have strong excel and modelling skills
Be hands on with complex financial queries and bring a problem solving, can do attitude to the team.
