Your New Role:


An exciting opportunity awaits as we seek a dedicated
Highway Coordinator for a Permanent position at our Staffordshire County Council account.


Salary:
£22,000


Location:
Stafford


As a Highway Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to various aspects of highway services within a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation of meticulously accurate reports and documents.
  • Actively participate in meetings, sharing insights and opinions constructively.
  • Assist in project administration, encompassing timeline management and recordkeeping.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills while coordinating additional projects as required.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with team members and stakeholders to accomplish project objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Skillfully prioritize tasks, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in navigating evolving priorities.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to underpin project strategies.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient planning and organisational abilities.
  • Effective problemsolving skills.
  • Adeptness with IT tools and systems.
  • Wellrounded knowledge of project management principles.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of managing stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with SAP or Integra finance systems is desirable, but not essential. We are committed to providing the necessary development to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
