This Legal 200, Legal 500, and Chambers & Partners-ranked firm in Surrey is looking to hire a Commercial Property Partner/Solicitor.

Staff retention at this firm is excellent, with many of the serving partners having joined over 5 years ago with plansto work at the firm until retirement.

The tier 2 Commercial Property department is known mostly for its work with care homes and its specialism with golf courses.

Here you will be tasked to look after key commercial clients and manage a small but well-trained team of solicitors and support staff.

Your caseload will include both landlord and tenant matters including:

  • Drafting and negotiating agreements and leases
  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Property finance and securities
  • Site acquisition and redevelopment
  • Have significant experience with commercial property matters
  • Be either a Senior Associate or Partner at your current firm
  • Have over 7 years of experience at a private practice in the UK
