About Our Client:
Our client is a well-known Utilities business that values customer centricity in it's servicing and money. They seek new ways to increase customer growth and support every individuals needs.
The Collections Advisor will be working in a brand new state-of-the-art office, based in Salford Quays, and joining a interactive team.
As a Collections Advisor, you will be:
- As a Collections Advisor you'll be supporting customers with queries
- You'll work with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries
- Provide solutions to collections enquiries such as cash collection, customer correspondence, Direct Debit
- Maximise collections activity
- Problem and query resolution
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Complete additional adhoc admin and other daytoday duties when requested
The Successful Applicant:
To be successful, in this role:
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills
