Description
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join a busy and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to launch their administrative career in a competitive and rewarding industry.

The role requires someone who is very proactive, with a service-oriented attitude and is happy to pitch in and help with anything the team needs.

The role is full-time and based in beautiful new offices in central London 5 days per week.


Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the team
  • Run errands
  • Prepare documents and work to tight deadlines
  • Provide support to front of house from time to time
  • Process expenses
  • Organise meetings and meeting rooms
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • At least one year of administrative experience in a professional/corporate environment
  • Knowledge of the financial services or investment industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
  • A proactive and serviceorientated demeanour
  • A confident, positive and friendly attitude
  • Strong work ethic

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
