Role:Sales Advisor

Location:
Banbury, Oxfordshire

Salary:
£17,500 - £21,500 per annum (FTE)

Bonus:
Uncapped monthly bonus earnings

Contract:
Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
A full valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
A minimum of 1 years experience in customer facing environments

Should preferably have target-led sales experience

Requires a professional and confident telephone manner

Experience within office-based environments is preferred but not essential

Relationship or account management experience is advantageous

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should be a determined, motivated, and resilient individual

Excellent team player who can also work well independently when required

People-orientated with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels

Able to multitask and prioritise business needs effectively

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Cold calling to prospective customers and clients
Working closely to project or client briefs to meet company SLAs
Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the business
Attending company and industryled training sessions and events
Scheduling meetings with customers to identify and support their needs
Promoting the company's products and services against targets
Accurately maintaining and updating digital customer and project records
Crossselling and upselling products and services to customers
Report writing to track and monitor the progress of various projects
Working with other departments to identify and act on new business opportunities
