G & E Renovations is a small family company, based in Greater Manchester, Incorporated from 2011. We provide maintenance and renovation services to Landlords and Property Managers / Estate Agents.

A Plumber / Maintenance Operative is required to undertake both reactive maintenance and occasional assistance on planned refurbishments.

We are looking for plumber with some basic skills in other areas, for example: Painting and decorating (full paint jobs and making good - papering not required), Basic plaster and repair skills, basic joinery/carpentry.

Electrical experience would also be desirable but not essential.

You will also be expected to work from heights on some occassions, e.g. changing light bulbs, clearing guttering etc.
