TSR Legal are currently working exclusively with a Top 50 Law firm based in London who are currently seeking a well connected Real Estate Partner to join an award winning Top 50 law firm in London.

As a Real Estate Partner, you will lead and manage the thriving real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the real estate practice in London, working closely with the regional offices, driving growth and profitability.
Manage a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, developments and real estate finance matters
Oversee and mentor junior lawyers and support staff within the real estate team across London and more regionally
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide integrated legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

Either a Senior Associate or Partner level individual
Proven track record of successfully managing a real estate practice and generating business.
In-depth knowledge of UK real estate law and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen and client relationship management abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
