Good communication skills to liaise with the team, tenants, the clients and occasionally suppliers. Attention to detail to enable accurate reporting and high quality presentation of data and information.

Finally, to be a strong team player, working for multiple people with the goal of helping the team deliver an exception service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining a database of key documentation and chasing up tenants for indate documents when the originals expire
  • To assist the surveyors in producing service charge packs to send to tenants
  • To liaise with tenants and help the surveyors to follow up with ongoing matters
  • To make appointments and arrange inspections for the client, the Knight Frank team and others as required
  • To utilise approved document templates and branding where appropriate to maintain a consistency of approach and present a high quality deliverable
  • To be prepared to assist other members of the Promise and PAM team in order to maintain the best possible service or to otherwise meet contractual timeframes
  • Provide a degree of flexibility in your working hours during busy periods. Normal working hours are 9:30 17:30.
  • Assisting the client's insurers by providing basic tenancy information and updating tenant changes
  • Maintaining agreed filing system within the Knight Frank systems
  • Assisting the team in logging inspections and tracking the performance of the team against agreed client KPIs with a view to maintaining a high quality of service and issuing reminders before due dates are exceeded

Experience and Skills:


  • Excellent level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office suite
  • An excellent communicator and organiser with the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks at once
  • Has a keen eye for detail and able to work to demanding deadlines
  • A familiarity with Horizon or Yardi accounting systems would be useful although not essential
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role within a surveying/property environment
