Lettings Negotiator

Swansea

£19,000 P/A Basic Salary - Flexible dependent on experience

Plus Generous Commission and access to company car

The Company

The role will involve:

Generating new business through effective monitoring of the local market and prospecting
Working as part of a motivated team
Dealing with leads, carrying out viewings and negotiating offers
Progressing from viewings through to completion
Providing a valuable service to our clients
Working to increase market share for the business

Requirements:

The successful applicant will have the following experience and attributes:

Has direct sales experience but is now looking for a new opportunity to grow
Experience in property is preferred but not essential as my client can offer full training
A fantastic phone manner
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Experience of working in a busy, customer facing office environment
The ability to deal with a wide range of people and personalities
An eye for detail
An excellent knowledge of the Swansea area
Exceptional interpersonal skills
A positive outlook, a cando attitude
The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
A team player who works for both individual and team objectives
