Talent Acquisition Partner - London, United Kingdom - DS Smith

About the role
In this role you will:
- Manage day to day management of all levels of recruitment
- Develop relationships with line managers to understand hiring requirements
- Use a variety of direct sourcing methodologies to provide talent pipelines and increase the DS Smith employer brand.
- Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring process; regularly communicate status and results through weekly reporting
About you
- Minimum requirements: _
- Business Partnering skills with excellent stakeholder management experience
- Project management skills and ability to manage third party suppliers.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Tools particularly Excel and Word
- Preferred requirements:_
- Industry knowledge and experience beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of Workday ATS
