Main Purpose of the Job:


As a People Services Advisor, your main role will be to provide exceptional support, advice, and assistance to employees, managers, and key stakeholders on various HR-related matters.

In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll consistently demonstrate excellent customer service, supporting the Head of People Services in ensuring a comprehensive and approachable service is provided to the business.


Skills and Abilities Required:


  • CIPD qualified or HR team experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Respect for confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Peopleoriented with the confidence to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities while supporting staff across all levels.
