The Avoca Hotel are seeking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Porter on a part time basis, applicants must be able to work weekdays, evenings and weekends so it is not suitable for students as the role will be required to be covered during term time also.


Responsibilities:


  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
  • Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Skills:


  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Good communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen staff
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10-14 per week


Salary:
£7.68-£10.73 per hour
