Easaway are an expanding Drainage company who require a full time and permanent Customer Services Administrator to work in our Customer Services department.
You will be engaged in a variety of tasks including:- Responding to Inbound Calls from Customers.
- Enter Job data on to a software system and assigning to relevant engineer.
- Reviewing Engineer Job reports and reporting accordingly.
A good standard of written and verbal communication skills in addition to having a basic knowledge of Maths is required for this role.
GCSE English and Maths at Grade C and above is therefore essential.
Above all, you must have a pleasant and helpful telephone manner and a desire to always exceed your customer's expectation.
