Description

Easaway are an expanding Drainage company who require a full time and permanent Customer Services Administrator to work in our Customer Services department.

You will be engaged in a variety of tasks including:


  • Responding to Inbound Calls from Customers.
  • Enter Job data on to a software system and assigning to relevant engineer.
  • Reviewing Engineer Job reports and reporting accordingly.
This can be a fast paced and is sometimes a pressurised environment. It will involve significant levels of Data entry work. The ability to work error free and consistently so is a must have.

A good standard of written and verbal communication skills in addition to having a basic knowledge of Maths is required for this role.

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C and above is therefore essential.


Above all, you must have a pleasant and helpful telephone manner and a desire to always exceed your customer's expectation.

The hours of work are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. The work is office based and there is no option of remote working.
