TITLE:
Customer Service Administrator


LOCATION:
Exeter and some hybrid working available


SALARY:
£22,000 plus great benefits


HOURS:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours between the hours of 8 and 5 e.g. 8am

  • 4pm, or 9am5pm

BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, free on-site parking

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an administrator who has great people skills and loves to build relationships in a busy and friendly office.

You will assist on all general office admin, including invoicing and purchase orders, you will alsobe the main point of contact for the helpdesk for contract queries, liaising and updating high-profile contracts, managing the internal database and providing excellent levels of customer service to all customers, partners and clients.


DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Be the initial point of contact for finance on the contract (raising purchase orders, invoicing)
  • To help support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
  • To support/cover the helpdesk functions on a daily basis
  • To coordinate internal and external persons responsible for outstanding works requests on the helpdesk
  • To monitor and record the feedback of site operatives to helpdesk requests and to ensure customer satisfaction with the service
  • To assist with the administration of subcontractors and suppliers
  • To provide a high level of customer service to clients
  • To work collaboratively within a small team to achieve shared objectives
  • To receive and make welcome all visitors to site ensuring they are appropriately hosted, and their visit is planned correctly
  • Provide general administrative support to the contract

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Ability to work and prioritise under pressure
  • Good IT skills including MS Word
  • Good level of interpersonal and customer service skills with all levels of staff an clients
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Continual improvement ethos with strong customer focus
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Selfmanaging and able to work on own initiative
