Team Educate are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team.

Ti'n siarad yn gymraeg? As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of students.

This is a paid position that offers valuable experience in the field of education.

Duties:

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lessons and activities
Provide individualized attention and support to students
Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
Support students with special needs or learning challenges
Grade assignments and provide feedback to students
Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and maintain an engaging curriculum
Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of educational principles and teaching strategies
Proficient computer skills
