Procurement Administrator - Burnley, United Kingdom - VEKA plc
Description
The role:
- We are currently looking for an
Administrator to support the
Procurement team within our Commercial department.
You will be responsible for managing the PO Requisition Database and raising all non-stock orders, alongside reporting, filing and general admin duties.
_This will be a part-time role for 30 hours a week. There is flexibility around days and hours worked._
What you'll do:
- Maintain outbound OTIF records
- Expedite orders and liaise with suppliers
- Investigate invoice queries and pursue credits
- Raising of asset orders, SCR's etc.
- Ensuring all supplier information is uptodate and relevant
What you'll need:
- Organised approach with the ability to multitask
- Selfmotivation with excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills & ability to engage with suppliers
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
- Previous experience using SAP is desirable but not essential
What you'll get:
