As part of our People team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and identify the best talent for our organization.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role ideally working on Product or Technical roles
Strong proficiency in using various sourcing techniques, including online platforms and social media
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple sourcing projects
Ability to work independently and collaborate with hiring managers
Knowledge of recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
Passionate about attracting top talent and contributing to a diverse and inclusive work environment
Experience in the technology or data industry is preferred
