Description
The post-holder will be responsible for the line management of the Pharmacy Procurement Invoicing Team.The post-holder will act as a member of and provide support on a daily basis to the Pharmacy Invoicing Team.
The post holder will provide cover and support to the Pharmacy Procurement Business Manager Responsible for the staff development of the Pharmacy Procurement Invoicing team in order to maximise the quality services provided and enhance the competence of the staff.
Conduct appraisals and monitor and review the performance of the individuals within the team, taking action as appropriate.Effectively manage annual leave and sickness absence of the administrative staff.
Provide cover and act as a member of the Pharmacy Procurement Invoicing team by processing drugs supplied to patients home through the Pharmacy computer system to ensure the correct goods are booked in and issued to the correct cost centre at the correct price.
The investigation and resolution of invoice queries by the liaison between external suppliers and Homecare Hub Team. To provide training for NVQ students on Pharmacy Procurement procedures.More jobs from Leeds Teaching Hospitals
