Vehicle Preparation Controller - Volkswagen Sales Department

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our Volkswagen Dealership in Norwich is looking to recruit a Used Vehicle Preparation Controller.

About the position

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

A large part of the Used Vehicle Preparation Controller position involves:

Supporting the operation of the Sales department by providing coordination and administrative duties
Appraisal of all stock vehicles delivered to site, on day of arrival
Inspecting, costing, and instructing cosmetic and mechanical preparation to bring all vehicles to Volkswagen Display Standards
Organising, directing and controlling all of the activities of the preparation department to achieve a consistently high standard of workmanship, whilst optimising effective and efficient use of material and personnel resources
Maintaining showroom and stock management;
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

Customer awareness.
Quality Management and Standards Compliance
Collaborative Working with multiple Partners and Suppliers
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Full driving licence.
