Nicholas Hendry is currently recruiting for a brand-new role, with a leading Glenrothes-based business that is currently looking to add to its growing team.

Our client is a large Fife-based employer that has recently embarked upon an exciting period of expansion.


Working closely with the Finance manager, you'll be responsible for calculating the monthly revenue streams for the individual group elements, as well as, monthly bank payments, invoice processing & financial reconciliation.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Process & review Revenue calculations for various elements within the group
  • Create monthly payments to the bank
  • Maintain finance software and amendments
  • Process invoices uploaded to the finance software
  • The primary point of escalation for all queries in relation to revenue calculations


  • Accounts payable

  • Assist with processing of invoices/credit notes/payments
  • Submit business rates changes to local authorities and claims to recover rent and rates costs
  • Assist with direct debit switches for new acquisitions to the main bank account
  • Assist with monthend activities as required, depending on experience
  • Support finance team with ad hoc activities and projects
  • Liaise with finance and operational teams as required
  • Other adhoc duties as required
