About the role
We're currently searching for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team, comprised of 12 dedicated individuals. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our finance team in various day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of bank reconciliation
  • Manage the matching, batching and coding of invoices for purchase and sales ledgers
  • Prepare monthend reconciliation and adhoc reports
  • Handle client and supplier invoicing efficiently
  • Assist with credit control and staff expenses management
  • Completion of bank payments

You will ideally need the following:

  • Previous experience in accounting or accounts assistant roles are beneficial
  • Knowledge of Double-Entry bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpace environment with strong multitasking skills
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
