:Measured Building Surveyor. Working with customers across the UK and at their modern, fully serviced office in Hednesford, you will provide measured building and topographical surveys across their wide client portfolio.


Commutable from:
Stone, Uttoxeter, Burton Upon Trent, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and Telford

Salary:
£ 27,000 - £ 33,000 p.a. (Flexible dependent on Experience) + Pension + Bonus (for full package please contact us)

The Role
HLP UK is a multi-disciplinary practice, specialising in measured surveys, architectural design and building surveying services.

Regulated by the RICS, HLP UK have clients and projects UK wide, and their experience means they are a trusted partner to manyin house property teams and industry partners who find them to be flexible and responsive to their changing needs.


They are enjoying an incredibly exciting phase in the development of their portfolio of projects and are now seeking an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join the team.

The Measured Building Surveyor will support and deliver surveys using Laser Scanningand Total Station solutions for both empty sites, vacant and occupied buildings.


The Person


The Measured Building Surveyor will ideally possess proven building measurement skill base including Laser Scanning with CloudWorx, Revit, Recap and Cyclone packages.

You will be experienced in visiting customer sites and be able to produce BIM/Revit modelsfrom pointcloud data.


The Measured Building Surveyor will preferably have experience in producing fee quotations for projects and surveys and possess a full UK driving licence.

UK wide travel to customer sites is an essential part of the role.
