We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Lead to help drive and shape the QA Team, whilst being responsible for 3-6 QA Testers.

The role of Senior Automation Test Lead

You'll take the lead for project test requirements
You will help to improve the testing process which includes how we track our testing KPIs
Identify testing requirements and create and execute acceptance tests
Investigating and reproducing complex and technically challenging defects and testing fixes
Running and creating automation test scripts
Providing support and guidance to your team while operating in an Agile environment
Collaborating with colleagues to resolve engineering problems and defects
Supporting & mentoring more junior colleagues including reviewing code

What we're looking for

Experience leading testing projects and mentoring junior engineers
Experience with all elements of the software testing lifecycle
Automation frameworks and scriptwriting experience, Python/pytest
Database testing experience, including data integration/ETL
Good understanding of data quality, how to track and measure it
Good level of English both written and verbal
