Ealing Customer Services £27k - 30k per year Full time / Permanent Job description Complaints Officer We at Sheridan Ward are recruiting for a really exciting opportunity for our client based in Ealing They are looking for a confident individual who has previous experience dealing with complaints and ensuring customers are happy with the end result It is a great opportunity for those who love handling high level complaints and ensuring everything is managed correctly Complaints Officer duties: Inbound and Outbound calls, respond to enquiries within target timescales Proactively manage a caseload of complaints Investigate claims and obtain facts Ensure all data is recorded accurately in the database Arrange for timely repair or equipment replacement Resolve customer complaints Analysing data and producing reports Complaints Officer benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Yearly bonus Team events
