DC Personnel are recruiting now for our client in the Coalville Bardon Hill area for a number of Pallet Repair Operatives.

A temporary to permanent ongoing opportunity.
Monday to Friday
6am - 2pm & 2pm -10pm. A weekly rotating shift pattern. 37.5 hours per week with overtime available.
Pay is £11.25 per hour including attendance bonus plus additional performance bonus available.
Your main role will be to maintain and repair wooden pallets.

Previous construction or building experience would be an advantage as this role is physical, you will be using hand and air tools provided.

If you have an interest in more manual work this maybemore suited for you, all training will be provided. Role will involve repairing, lifting, carrying, quality checking and inspection of pallets.

You will have a great attitude and be willing to take on and develop new skills with progression opportunities available after completion of probation period.

The site has great facilities, free site car parking with local amenities nearby.
