Are you an experienced, organised and motivated Accounts Payable Assistant seeking an opportunity to work within a busy accounts team? Are you seeking a varied role w.

you can work closely with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems?


In this role you will process a high volume of invoices, expense claims and manual payments, ensuring they are progressed in a timely and accurate way to meet our payment deadlines.

You will reconcile supplier statements and deal with or escalate queries promptly, working with suppliers and internal customers, dealing with issues relating to invoices and managing and resolving invoice queries.

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will create, maintain and update supplier accounts and will be the first line of response to any queries from customers and suppliers.

As well as the day to day processing you will support the continuous improvement of the function, providing suggestions on how processes could be more efficient.

You will have accounts payable experience including invoice processing on a financial ERP system, such as SAP or Oracle.

You will have excellent attention to detail, effective verbal communication skills and experience of working effectively to multiple deadlines within a busy office environment.

You will also have good working knowledge of computerised systems, in particular excel.
