Our client is a boutique funds platform for institutional clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fund platform Client Services Manager to support clients in the delivery of the operational day to day activities requiring prior exposureto UK mutual funds and fund dealing.

Coming from a fund platform or Transfer Agency environment, Client Services specialists will be experienced in escalating issues working extensively across the firm and will act as first point of contact for institutional clients such as asset managers andbanks to investigate queries such as correcting actions and reporting requirements for example.

Your detailed knowledge in settlement control and incident management will be utilised as will your reconciliations and knowledge of account opening.

In this high profiled role, your first class client servicing& problem solving skills will be utilised to forgeand build solid client relationships with institutional clients.

The client services team has enormous exposure internally and externally acting as first point of contact for all operational queries.

Your client facing and presentations skills are required to provide on-site fund platform demonstrations and client trainingas and when required.

In addition, as the operations SME you will also accompany the sales team to prospective client meetings presenting to both clients and at board level making this role extremely appealing.

This is a varied role working closely with international offices liaising with Clients, Fund Managers and third party suppliers requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.

There is enormous exposure and interaction across the firm working closelywith the Funds Group, Sales team, and IT whilst acting as the first point of contact for operational queries for institutional clients.
