Digital Content Manager - £40,000 - South Manchester (Hybrid working) - Nutrition & Lifestyle
You will be responsible for creating and implementing an engaging content marketing strategy to help drive new customer acquisition and improve LTV of existing customers.
Digital Content Manager responsibilities
- Continually be looking for 'test and learn' initiatives and new creative opportunities to drive product revenue and customer Lifetime Value in line with the company's wider marketing strategy and brand values.
- Work with team members including designers, copywriters, and nutrition experts as well as individual digital acquisition channel managers to optimise revenue via the delivery of engaging and optimised content all throughout the customer's purchasing experience.
- Manage and perform competitive intelligence to identify promotional and content activities based on first
- Create and implement crosschannel strategies that drive online revenue.
Digital Content Manager requirements
- Experience in crosschannel content campaign creation, implementation, and coordination to drive KPIs including new customer acquisition, reengagement, and average customer LTV.
- Experience in managing digital content pipelines focused on 'brand awareness' digital channels including organic social, paid social, online press/PR and organic.
- Ability to identify and create optimized content for the different stages of a customers purchasing life cycle with an understanding of hierarchy of messaging.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing budgets: including knowledge and practice of managing & helping reduce CPA costs, improving CLTV etc
- Experience in retail ecommerce, preferably in the health and/or nutrition area
- Strong planning & communication skills whilst also having the ability to adapt and change campaigns where required based on data insights
- Identify insights through digital measurement and performance tools, to inform strategies
