Lead Support Worker
This role is for a lead support worker with excellent experience with adults with learning disabilities/autism.
This supported living accommodation has 4 people with complex needs and is looking for a strong individual who can take charge and delegate.

Requirements as a Lead Support Worker
- Previous experience working with autistic/complex needs adults.
- Experience as a senior / leading a team.
- Strong communicator
- Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
Must hold a UK driving license and access to a vehicle

- Enhanced adult's and child's DBS on the update service
Responsibilities as a Lead Support Worker
- To lead other staff members in a professional way.
- To complete daily tasks such as activity plans and finance audits.
- Ensure medical appointments are attended.
- Ensure all medical and health support is followed adequately.
- Keeping a safe environment within a social care environment
- To communicate with other staff members to carry out programs to ensure effective and emotional support.
